Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Minifigz! We strive to provide you with the best quality products and service possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened minifigures. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to send Minifigure back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your minifigure must be in its original packaging and unused. You must also provide proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for miss orders made by customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct minifigures.
If your figure is defective or if there is an issue that was made by Minifigz, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
